In a north German village prior to the outbreak of World War I, strange events, accidents, and deaths are occurring. The village citizens are beside themselves with worry and cant figure out what to do. After the school teacher starts to unravel the mystery, he discovers that the children of the town may be guilty of the crimes and have formed a secret society that the local pastors daughter appears to lead. In 2007 the legendary American duo White Stripes toured Canada. Besides playing the usual venues they challenged themselves and played in buses, cafes and for Indian tribal elders. Music video director Emmett Malloy followed the band and managed to capture both the special tour, extraordinary concert versions of the bands minimalist, raw, blues-inspired rock songs and the special relationship between the extroverted Jack White and the introspective Meg White. When a neighbor tries to have her dog Toto impounded, Dorothy takes Toto and runs away. A tornado appears and carries her to the magical land of Oz. Wishing to return home, she begins to travel to the city of Oz where a great wizard lives. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe whose appearances in the film series have long been anticipated. Everyones favorite pic-a-nic basket-stealing bear brings his meal mooching ways to midnight run part 8 in this live-action/CG-animated adventure. Dan Aykroyd as the the voice of Jellystones famed troublemaker Yogi Bear and Justin Timberlake as the voice of Yogi Bears faithful pal Boo Boo. And if that werent enough, Marnies mom Curtis reunites with her own high school nemesis Weaver.
