As other have commented, you really need an upgraded high-speed Internet service to make the streaming video work. I upgraded from 5 MBPS to 10 MBPS service, only to realize that my 5 year old Linksys cable modem/router was acting as a bottleneck, resulting in frequent and annoying pauses when watching a TV episode on Netflix. Given that all my other audiovideo gear is Sony, I assumed it would mate well with those items. I was correct; the load time for BluRay is only a minute or so, picture quality is great.
